Customer Service Shipping

All on-line orders can be delivered either via U.S. Mail or UPS.  You can select standard or express shipping when delivery is to a street address in the continental U.S.  Sales tax is added to all orders delivered in PA, and is based on the appropriate rate of sales tax.

Standard Delivery
Our base shipping fee is $10 per order within the continental United States. Orders outside of the U.S. may cost more to ship.

Non Custom Items
We usually ship previously made "stock" items within 7 days of your order. Please allow 10-12 business days for delivery.
 
Custom Items
Custom orders must be built from scratch.  Please allow 3-4 weeks for manufacture before delivery.  A $10 rush fee applies for any order that is due within 3 weeks of the order date; a $20 rush fee applies for any order that is due within 2 weeks of the order date.

Next Day Service
Add $12.95 to standard shipping charges for Overnight Delivery. 
You must either call for this service, or place your on-line order by 3 p.m. EST.  Credit Card orders taken for in-stock merchandise only.  Saturday and Sunday orders delivered Tuesday.  No P.O. boxes, please.

2-Day Service
Add $7.95 to standard shipping charges for 2-Day Delivery.  Credit Card orders preferred.  In-stock items delivered in 2 days from receipt for orders received by 3 p.m. EST weekdays.  No P.O. Boxes, please. 

3 to 4-Day Service
Add $3.95 to standard shipping charges for 3 to 4 -Day Delivery.  Credit Card orders preferred.  In-stock items delivered in 3 to 4 days from receipt for orders received by 3 p.m. EST weekdays.  P.O. boxes are acceptable.

All orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
