DreamWeaver Productions believes that communication is vital to good relations. Upon receiving an order, an email will be sent verifying that the order was received and is being processed.

If any questions arise during production contact will be made using the contact info provided during the ordering process. A final email will be sent when the order is shipped, providing the customer with tracking info.
