Do you do custom orders?
Yes we do!  Either call or email us with a description of what you want to create your very own pair of wings. All custom orders have a $10 custom order fee.

How much does a pair of wings cost?
Our wings range between $29.00 for a small pair and $85.00 for a large, depending on what style you are looking for. See wings in our showcase pages for more specific price details.

How large is a pair of wings?
It depends on the size. A small pair is generally a foot across, a medium is two feet across, and a large is three feet across. See our size info page for more details.

How do I place an order?
Any way you like! We accept orders over phone, fax, mail, email, internet, or in person. See our ordering page for more details.

How long does it take to receive a pair of wings?
7-10 days for "in stock" items, 3-4 weeks for custom items. Please allow time for shipping. We also offer next day, 2nd day, and 3-4 day shipping option. See our shipping page for more details.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes we do! It takes more time and costs a little more money for Shipping fees, but we can get a pair of wings to England at quickest in three days. If ordering overseas, do not order over the internet (paypal), but contact us directly to determine shipping costs and delivery time.

What do I do if the wings I received aren't what I wanted?
You can return them unworn within five days for a full refund or exchange. See our return policy for more details.

How do I wear/ take care of my new wings?
It's easy! Our wings strap on like a backpack, and are built to last if treated properly. Just see our handy Care and Feeding section for more details.

Help, my wings are broken! What can I do?
Send them back to us and we will fix them. We offer a lifetime guarentee on all our products.
