DreamWeaver Productions is proud to offer an unconditional lifetime warrantee on all of our handmade merchandise.  Should an item purchased over the internet, by phone, or at an event ever be damaged for any reason just send them back and we will repair them; all you pay is the shipping charges.  We are confident you will appreciate the selection and value we have to offer. 

Returns- if our product does not meet your expectations for any reason, return the product within five (5) days of receiving it and we will happily refund or exchange the item, just indicate your preference.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and we cannot accept items returned by C.O.D.
