Imagine waking up early in the morning, to the smell of freshly roasted coffee, a cool morning mist hanging over the river outside your door, and with fly-fishing gear in hand, you head out for a morning of total relaxation, knowing that you're in the middle of some of the best fly-fishing available in North Georgia.

The Georgia Department of Natural Resources stock our local rivers with millions of trout in anticipation of the trout season. Sliding Rock Cabins has been granted the rights to stock a large section of the Ellijay River, with nice size, catch and release trout. So with those two initiatives a trout lover will truly be able fish outside the comfort of one of a number of our river fronting cabins.

All cabins will have equipped kitchens, which include:

Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, condiments, and fly-rods.

Two night minimum stay on non-holidays.
Three night minimum stay for New Years, Memorial Day, 04th of July, Labor Day, Month of October, and Christmas (sorry no check-in on Christmas Day)
Four night minimum stay for Thanksgiving (sorry no check-in Thanksgiving Day)

Pets Always Stay Free! There are no size or weight limits or pet deposits!

Because Sliding Rock Cabins® is truly pet friendly, we provide the following amenities for your pets: Large pet bed, food and water bowls, toys, all natural treats, and beach towels.

A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required when making reservations. The balance will be due twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival date. Deposits will be returned for cancellations made more than twenty-one (21) days to arrival date, minus a $30 cancellation fee. No refund offered for cancellations made twenty-one (21) days or less to arrival date.
