Casa del Rio Verde could truly be considered your home away from home. Where every detail is addressed and all of you and your doggies needs met. Nestled on the banks of the Ellijay River, this beautifully decorated, hand-hewn log home, with a large fenced yard, is as luxurious as they come. Enjoy the nighttime river view subtly lit by the tree-line spots from your deck or hot tub, watching for the otters and the occasional deer dancing in the water. Relax on the screened porch, or catch some sunshine on your private gated deck during the day. Maybe try your hand at fly-fishing, go tubing, relax in front of the outdoor fireplace, or roast s'mores in the water-side fire-pit, or maybe just take a well deserved nap in the spacious hammock while listening to the river go by. You may never want to leave.

Casa del Rio Verde is a exquisitely decorated three bedroom, two bath log home that sleeps up to six (6) adults, sorry no one under the age of twenty-one (21) and offers the following:

Casa's upstairs offers two king size bedrooms and a full bath. Both bedrooms have luxurious 400 count sheets, vaulted, exposed beam, ceilings, Cable Flat Screen TV's and DVD Players. The Master suite offers a romantic, wood burning fireplace and cozy seating for reading or just relaxing

Downstairs has another king size bedroom, Cable Flat Screen TV and DVD Players, and full size bathroom

Airy and bright sunroom with a regulation size Pool table

Free Wireless Hi Speed Internet Access & Long Distance, Games, and Books

Very cozy living area with large wood burning fireplace and big screen TV and DVD Player

Central heat and air, washer and dryer

Screened porch with dining and seating areas

Gated, sunny deck with large private, hot tub and gas grill

Covered outdoor seating area, with wood burning fireplace

Waterside earthen fire pit, lounge chairs, and hammock

The huge, fully equipped kitchen includes:

Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee beans, coffee grinder, and coffee maker

Dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots and pans

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

Rates are $180 per night plus tax for up to four (4) adults above the age of twenty-one (21), each additional adult above four (4), twenty-one (21) or older, $15 per night plus tax
Weekly rates are $1080 plus tax, additional adults above four (4), age twenty-one (21) or older, $90 per week plus tax
Cleaning fee of $80, plus tax
Two night minimum stay on non-holidays
Three night minimum stay for New Years, Memorial Day, 04th of July, Labor Day, Month of October, and Christmas (sorry no check-in on Christmas Day)
Four night minimum stay for Thanksgiving (sorry no check-in Thanksgiving Day)

Pets Always Stay Free! There are no size or weight limits or pet deposits!

Because Sliding Rock Cabins® is truly pet friendly, we provide the following amenities for your pets: Large pet bed, food and water bowls, toys, all natural treats, and beach towels.

A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required when making reservations. The balance will be due twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival date. Deposits will be returned for cancellations made more than twenty-one (21) days to arrival date, minus a $30 cancellation fee, plus tax. No refund offered for cancellations made twenty-one (21) days or less to arrival date.
