Try your hand at fly-fishing, while the morning mist hovers over the water's surface on your own private stretch of the Ellijay River. Take some time to bask in the afternoon sun on a large river rock while dangling your toes in the cool, clear mountain waters. If you should succumb to an afternoon's nap, let the sound of the rushing waters lull you to sleep in your riverside hammock underneath the hemlocks. And finally, at days end, take a nice long soak in the outdoor hot tub, as you gaze out at the fire-pit blazing by the water's edge. Our hot tub is located on a private, covered deck and can be enjoyed rain or shine. Exterior stereo speakers are mounted by the hot tub on the lower deck for you to enjoy River Dance's extensive CD collection or any of the numerous satellite music stations.

River Dance is a beautifully decorated two bedroom, two bath log home that sleeps up to six (6) people and offers the following:

   Two queen size bedrooms on the lower level with luxurious 400 count sheets and two full size bathrooms

   Cozy sleeping loft with a full size bed, accessed by a ladder, perfect for the kids, and a sleeper sofa in the living room

    Wood-burning fireplace, central heat and air, washer and dryer

    Large Flat Screen Cable TV with Network Channels, DVD player, Stereo/CD, Wireless Hi-Speed Internet, Telephone, Movies, Extensive CD collection, Games, and Books

    Spa quality bath essentials such as soap, lip balm, hand lotion, hair dryer and thick towels

   Porch and decks with rocking chairs, and charcoal grill

    Large covered hot tub, hammock, and earthen fire-pit

The fully equipped kitchen includes:

Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee beans, coffee grinder, and coffee maker

Dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

Rates are $145 per night plus tax for up to four (4) guests, each additional guest above four (4), age of one (1) year or older, $15 per night plus tax
Weekly rates are $870 plus tax, additional guests above four (4), age of one (1) year or older, $90 per week plus tax
Cleaning fee $65, plus tax
Two night minimum stay on non-holidays.
Three night minimum stay for New Years, Memorial Day, 04th of July, Labor Day, Month of October, and Christmas (sorry no check-in on Christmas Day)
Four night minimum stay for Thanksgiving (sorry no check-in Thanksgiving Day)

Pets Always Stay Free! There are no size or weight limits or pet deposits!

Because Sliding Rock Cabins® is truly pet friendly, we provide the following amenities for your pets: Large pet bed, food and water bowls, toys, all natural treats, and beach towels.

A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required when making reservations. The balance will be due twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival date. Deposits will be returned for cancellations made more than twenty-one (21) days to arrival date, minus a $30 cancellation fee, plus tax. No refund offered for cancellations made twenty-one (21) days or less to arrival date.
