Stags Leap is a decorators dream. Plush and inviting seating, views to die for, & all the amenities of home. Relax and feel all the stresses of the world slip away. The huge covered porch beckons you to sit in front of a nice roaring fire in the outdoor wood burning fireplace, looking out at the colors and beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains. How about dinner outside, watching the fading glow as the sun sets in the distance.

Stags Leap is a beautifully decorated, three level, two bedroom, plus extra kid bunk bedroom, three bath, pet friendly, log cabin that sleeps up to six (6) guests and offers the following:

        Lovely queen size bedroom & bath on the entrance level

        Large comfortable king bedroom & bath on the second level

        Spacious private patio level with full & twin bunk beds & bath & a foosball table & games

        Beautiful living area with cushy leather furniture, Satellite Flat Screen TV with Network Channels, DVD player, and wood burning fireplace

        Central heating & air and washer/dryer

        Free Hi-Speed Internet

        Huge wrap around deck with propane grill

        Large covered porch with comfortable chairs & wood burning fireplace overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains

        Separate private deck with large hot tub

        Spa quality bath essentials, such as soap, hand lotion, lip balm, hand lotion, hair dryer and thick towels

The fully equipped kitchen includes:

Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, dishes, glassware, pots, pans, cutlery, and utensils

Also included are fresh private label coffee beans, coffee grinder, and coffee maker

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

Rates are $155 per night plus tax for up to four (4) guests, additional guests above the age of one (1) $15 per night
Weekly rates are $930 plus tax for up to four (4) guests, additional guests above the age of one (1) $90 per week
Cleaning fee of $85, plus tax
Two night minimum stay on non-holidays
Three night minimum stay for New Years, Memorial Day, 04th of July, Labor Day, Month of October, and Christmas (sorry no check-in on Christmas Day)
Four night minimum stay for Thanksgiving (sorry no check-in Thanksgiving Day)

Pets Always Stay Free! There are no size or weight limits or pet deposits!

Because Sliding Rock Cabins® is truly pet friendly, we provide the following amenities for your pets: Large pet bed, food and water bowls, toys, all natural treats, and beach towels.

Many guests have no trouble reaching Stags Leap with standard 2 wheel drive vehicles. However, depending upon your comfort level, that is, if you're uncomfortable with steeper grade gravel roads then we suggest either an all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive vehicle.

A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required when making reservations. The balance will be due twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival date. Deposits will be returned for cancellations made more than twenty-one (21) days to arrival date, minus a $30 cancellation fee, plus tax. No refund offered for cancellations made twenty-one (21) days or less to arrival date.
