Just a few steps from your backdoor to the Ellijay River. A Cottage at Riverside is a very cozy, romantic log cabin that can't be beat. Your dining area offers three walls of windows to view the scenic river. Relax in the hot tub, fly fish, or roast s'mores over the riverside fire-pit. The beautiful decor will make you feel at home and a warm fire in the wood burning fireplace will warm your toes and heart.

A Cottage at Riverside is a beautifully decorated two bedroom, one & one-half bath log home that sleeps up to six (6) people and offers the following:

   One king size bedroom with luxurious 350 count sheets and a full size bathroom on the lower level

   One king size and one queen size bed also with 350 count sheets and a half bath in the sleeping loft

    Wood-burning fireplace, central heat and air, washer and dryer

   Porch and decks with dual rocker gliders and propane gas grill

    Large hot tub and earthen fire-pit

    Spa quality bath essentials, such as soap, lip balm, hand lotion, hair dryer and thick towels

    Cable TV with Network Channels, DVD/VCR, Stereo/CD Player, Telephone, Movies, CD's, Games, and Books

The fully equipped kitchen includes:

Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee beans, coffee grinder, and coffee maker

Dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

Rates are $150 per night plus tax for up to four (4) guests, each additional guest above four (4), age of one (1) year or older, $15 per night plus tax
Weekly rates are $900 plus tax, additional guests above four (4), age of one (1) year or older, $90 per week plus tax
Cleaning fee $65, plus tax
Two night minimum stay on non-holidays.
Three night minimum stay for New Years, Memorial Day, 04th of July, Labor Day, Month of October, and Christmas (sorry no check-in on Christmas Day)
Four night minimum stay for Thanksgiving (sorry no check-in Thanksgiving Day)

Pets Always Stay Free! There are no size or weight limits or pet deposits!

Because Sliding Rock Cabins® is truly pet friendly, we provide the following amenities for your pets: Large pet bed, food and water bowls, toys, all natural treats, and beach towels.

We have a minimum stay of two (2)nights for all non-holiday stays. We have a three (3) night minimum stay for New Years, Memorial Day, 04th of July, Labor Day, Month of October, and Christmas (sorry no check-in on Christmas Day). And for Thanksgiving we have a four (4) night minimum stay (sorry no check-ins on Thanksgiving Day)

A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required when making reservations. The balance will be due twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival date. Deposits will be returned for cancellations made more than twenty-one (21) days to arrival date, minus a $30 cancellation fee, plus tax. No refund offered for cancellations made twenty-one (21) days or less to arrival date.
