Located North Miami Beach - Oleta River State park - 15 mins. Take Hwy 95 south to Ives Dairy Road exit#16 turn East to Biscayne Blvd turn South 4 miles to 163rd st then turn left. Blue Marlin Fish House restaurant on South side offers kayaking or drive 1/2 mile further to the main park entrance on right. $5 park entrance fee.
