The "Big Barn" houses 56-square-foot covered runs and a large exercise area which includes fifteen separate 50-square-foot exercise pens. Double fencing separates dogs for safety while close proximity allows them the opportunity to develop socialization skills.  Each exercise pen and outdoor run is equipped with high volume overhead fans to provide maximum ventilation and cooling.  Additional high-volume floor fans are situated as needed for long-haired and small breed dogs to provide additional cooling and drying. The entire area is high and dry, sheltered from rain, cold and summer heat.  Concrete flooring throughout with excellent drainage keeps all our guests clean, dry, and comfortable. Our housing facility was designed for the optimal cleanliness, comfort, and safety of all our guests.  

This is one of our smaller uncovered exercise pens (approximately 200 square feet).  Customer dogs are rotated between their assigned covered runs and exercise pens at least twice daily to give them plenty of exercise and playtime, which keeps them clean, healthy and stress-free during their stay.

Each customer dog is assigned a large covered fan-cooled 56-square-foot concrete run.  Fresh water, replenished by an automatic watering system, is always available in every run and exercise pen thoughout our facility. 

Large indoor air-conditioned runs are also assigned to dogs that are more accustomed to indoor housing

Separate covered pens for juvenile (5-12 month) dogs.

Our puppy compound features six large covered puppy pens and two large play yards. 

Boarding puppies are housed alongside our puppies in the puppy compound, which is adjacent to our residence.

Our puppy pens are equipped with high-volume overhead fans for maximum cooling and ventilation.

The ICNDF Dog Training Center has been referred to as one of the most secure facilities in St Johns County.  Our 200-foot-long driveway separates the facility from U.S. Highway 1. Outer gates are kept closed during non-business hours and also at times when we are engaged in certain training exercises.  Our main gates are electronically activated and are kept closed and locked at all times. In addition to a network of internal gates, fences and cross-fences, the entire perimeter is surrounded by 7-foot security fencing. Video surveillance throughout the compound enables us to monitor the property, including the driveway, at any time.  There is someone on-site at the facility 24 hours a day. Regular and random security checks are conducted round the clock.  And, of course, we always have a few top-notch guard dogs patrolling the premises after hours.
