John Giampetro, Artistic Director  John Giampetro is the principal director and a founding member of The Accidental Theatre Company. He has directed several of the company's productions including Joan of Lorraine, Love's Labour's Lost , Miss Julie , and Toby Badger's Southpaw Swing. John has directed for Actors Theatre of Louisville, Vermont Shakespeare Company, Galatea Theatre, and Vineyard Haven Theatre among others. John also has extensive experience in opera and musical theatre.

Set Design for Toby Badger's Southpaw Swing  Tim Baumgartner has designed sets and lights for The Accidental Theatre since 1995. His credits for the ATC include Love's Labours Lost, Miss Julie, and Toby Badger's Southpaw Swing.Tim has also designed for The Philadelphia Theatre Co., the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, Florida Studio Theatre, and others. Amy Loughead, Producing Director Amy Loughead is a Producing Director of The Accidental Theatre Company. Born in Philadelphia, Amy received her B.F.A in Performance from Hofstra University. Stage credits include Lenny in Crimes of the Heart, Constance in The Madwoman of Chaillot,and Sister Catherine in Dialogues of the Carmelites. Amy has appeared with The Accidental Theatre Company as Katharine in Love's Labour's Lost. Amy also makes frequent appearances as herself in the New York cabaret scene.

Al Pagano, Producing Director Al Pagano is a Producing Director and a founding member of The Accidental Theatre Company. Al has appeared in several roles for the company including Dunois in Joan of Lorraine, Don Armado in Love's Labour's Lost, Reverend Mostly in Feeding the Dead, and Jean in Miss Julie. Al is a graduate of Hofstra University where, he claims, he channeled the spirits of Sophocles and Pirandello and made them arm wrestle.

Jennifer Pearse, Producing Director  Jennifer Pearse is a Producing Director of The Accidental Theatre Company. For the company, Jennifer has appeared as Cody Bear in Toby Badger's Southpaw Swing. Other representative roles include Juliet in Romeo and Juliet, Mary Warren in The Crucible. Jennifer, called "Pearse" by those whom she allows, enjoys swimming and counting.

Fred Berman, Acting Member  Fred Berman has been seen in A Midsummer Night's Dream (NY Classical Theatre); Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story (Ordway Music Theatre & Nat'l Tour); Hamlet (Talking Dog Theatre), King Lear (Chekhov Theatre Ensemble); The Mystery Of Irma Vep (New Repertory Theatre); Grandma Sylvia's Funeral (Soho Playhouse); . Film: Directing Eddie; The Court; Climax ; Him!; Chasing Pavarotti. Fred also plays percussion for the rock gods Zipthunk!.

Dan Matisa, Acting Member Dan Matisa is a graduate of Hofstra University and the FSU/Asolo Conservatory for Actor Training. He has acted in productions at Asolo, American Stage (St. Petersburg, FL), and the American Globe Theatre in New York. Were it not for the theatre, Dan's stage would be the WWF.

Jason O'Connell, Acting Member Jason O'Connell holds a B.F.A. in Theatre from Hofstra University. Jason played Holofernes in The Accidental Theatre Company's Love's Labour's Lost. Other New York credits include Romeo and Juliet, As You Like It, and A Midsummer Night's Dream at BAM. Jason is also a stand-up comedian and a freelance writer/illustrator. Jason is the funniest man alive.

John Nagle, Acting Member John Nagle played Courcelles and Bertrand de Poulengy in The Accidental Theatre's production of Joan of Lorraine. Also for The Accidental Theatre: Donald in Toby Badger's Southpaw Swing, and Sir Nathaniel in the New York production of Love's Labour's Lost. He played Joe Farkas in The Last Night of Ballyhoo at the Helen Hayes PAC, Hero in The Rehearsal at the Alabama Shakespeare Festival and Bottom in A Midsummer Night's Dream with the National Shakespeare Co. He earned his MFA from the U. of Alabama/Alabama Shakespeare Festival.

Ashley Smith, Acting Member Ashley Smith played King Ferdinand in The Accidental Theatre's New York production of Love's Labour's Lost and the Dauphin in Joan of Lorraine. In New York, Ashley has performed with the Jean Cocteau Repertory and the Galatea Theatre Collective which he founded. Ashley has taught voice and speech for actors at Plattsburgh State University and Dickinson College. He received his M.F.A. in acting from the University of Delaware's Professional Theatre Training Program.

Michael Surabian, Acting Member Michael Surabian played Jean de Metz in The Accidental Theatre's New York production of Joan of Lorraine. Michael has also performed in Edward II, The Merchant of Venice, and The Cradle Will Rock at The Jean Cocteau Repertory. Michael holds an MFA from the Professional Theatre Training Program at the University of Delaware and a BFA from Hofstra University.
